New boards and selected parts are covered by the OEM’s warranty back to back. Generally if not superseded by the OEM’s guarantee a new board shall carry 12 Months or a 600 Mile warranty for structural, mechanical and electrical assembly work and or defects where the board has been used within the component manufacturers specifications and as advised by The Bored Company. Tyres, bearings, bushings, griptape and general wearing components are not covered by this warranty. Any water ingress or fault damage is also not covered under this warranty.

A buyer agrees upon purchase to assist in diagnosis of any issues, if any, and work with the supplier to rectify any issues by sending images and email correspondence to a moderate level of detail.

A faulty component may be identified and the item replaced free and the buyer may install that component if possible.

Should the item have no remedy and require a return for assessment the policy is as follows.

Returns or servicing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the estimated repair time and cost should there be repairs or services required outside the scope of the warranty.

Cost of return shipping are paid by the buyer and calculated on a case by case basis as advised by the shipping agent. The buyer may be refunded reasonable shipping costs should the fault item(s) be covered under the warranty unless the fault was caused by the buyer or the buyer seeks additional servicing and upgrades or repairs outside the scope of the warranty then the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
